Heating is an important aspect of the safety assessment of power tools. Power tools are composed of shell, motor, transmission mechanism, working head, handle, power switch and power connection components, among which the motor is the core part. The motor will generate losses during operation. On the one hand, these losses affect the operating efficiency of the motor, and on the other hand, the motor heats up and the temperature rises. If the temperature of the motor is too high, the insulating material will age faster, resulting in a decrease in the insulation performance, and even burn out the motor in severe cases. Therefore, the heating problem is directly related to the service life of the motor and the reliability of its operation.
